This tea would be great for kids—so this blend is made with no caffeine.

Note:  The butterfly pea flowers require acid/citrus to change to the bright blue color.  That’s why lemon is included in this blend; the additional of more lemon, lime, or other citrus will enhance the tea’s color.

Prep instructions: Steep 1 tsp in 8oz boiling water 4-7 min. Add citrus (e.g. lemon) for additional color.
