Pineapple Print Tea Towel

Pineapples have long been a symbol—although a complicated one—of Newport and Hawaii (two places Doris called home). This custom printed, hand-sewn tea towel features a detail from one of Doris Duke’s Ungaro dresses—a vibrant, cozy dress perfect for enjoying her Hawaiian paradise home, Shangri-La.

Both beautiful and practical, it has a handy cloth loop on the back so you can display your tea towel when it’s not in use.

Care instructions:

For first washing, rinse separately from other laundry with cold water. Following the rinse, run a normal cycle with cold water and detergent. Machine dry on high. Wash normally in cold water for subsequent washings. Can be dry cleaned. Do not bleach.
