Pineapples have long been a symbol—although a complicated one—of Newport and Hawaii (two places Doris Duke called home). This design was painted with watercolors and a micro pen was used to pull out the details.

About Eileen Pollina: It began with a bucket of chalk. Eileen's passion for art and design started at age six, when she used to draw chalk drawings on her parents' driveway in Rhode Island. In 2016 she graduated from Roger Williams University, and in 2017 she painted her first professional watercolor greeting card design at her kitchen table. Her fascination with aquatic life (and love for a good pun) is the inspiration for her greeting cards.
