About 38 Green Street:
This cozy house has led a wandering life! By the time NRF acquired the house in 1983, it had already been moved twice before NRF relocated it to its current site on Green Street.
It’s a good example of 18th-century vernacular (or local) architecture.
About Eileen Pollina: It began with a bucket of chalk. Eileen's passion for art and design started at age six, when she used to draw chalk drawings on her parents' driveway in Rhode Island. In 2016 she graduated from Roger Williams University, and in 2017 she painted her first professional watercolor greeting card design at her kitchen table. Her fascination with aquatic life (and love for a good pun) is the inspiration for her greeting cards. She lives in Newport, RI with her husband where she runs her gift and stationary store, Sincerely, Eileen
